The Rally takes its architecture from rally-raid competition, where wheels survive thousands of kilometres of flat-out abuse between service stops. Fourteen fine spokes distribute load more evenly across the face than any thick-spoke design, letting the forging carry strength with less material — and less rotating mass.
Lower unsprung weight is not a spec-sheet vanity number. It's faster suspension response over broken terrain, less heat into dampers on long stages, and sharper steering on the road between them.
Like every Dakar Forged wheel, the Rally is monoblock forged from 6061-T6 billet with a functional bolt-on beadlock ring, produced in 17x8.5, 6x139.7 with ET-20 and a 106.1mm bore, hub-centric for its supported platforms.
The Rally prioritises low rotating mass with fourteen fine spokes — a motorsport profile for fast, technical driving. The Gridlock prioritises maximum face coverage and visual presence with its 10-spoke split mesh. Both are identical in construction: monoblock forged 6061-T6 with a true beadlock ring.

Yes — the bolted lock ring mechanically clamps the tyre bead, so the Rally is designed for ultra-low pressures in sand and technical terrain, and load-tested for repeated high-speed impacts.
