The Gridlock is built for the driver who runs wide open across sand. Its interlocking split-mesh architecture spreads impact loads across ten forged spokes, so repeated high-speed hits — whoops, dune crests, washboard — feed into the wheel's strongest sections instead of concentrating at the lug bed.
Every Gridlock starts as a solid 6061-T6 aluminium billet, pressed under thousands of tonnes of forging pressure. That process aligns the metal's grain structure, producing a wheel dramatically stronger and lighter than any cast equivalent — weight you feel in steering response and unsprung mass.
The outer lock ring is functional, not decorative: grade-rated hardware mechanically clamps the tyre bead to the rim, so you can air down to single-digit pressures in the sand without the tyre rolling off the wheel. Produced in 5x127, 5x150 and 6x139.7 bolt patterns with fixed precision-machined bores, hub-centric to your platform.
The Gridlock is produced in 5-lug and 6-lug configurations and produced in 5x127, 5x150 and 6x139.7 bolt patterns for the Wrangler JL, Land Cruiser 200/100, Patrol Y61, Ranger Raptor, LC300 and similar platforms. Submit your vehicle in the quote form and we confirm fitment before production.
